Caribbean Day

The final topic of the Summer term for our year 1 children is 'Land Ahoy!' On 8th June teaching staff launched this new topic with a Caribbean Day, where children came to school dressed as if they were going on holiday to the Caribbean.

Throughout the course of the day the children took part in a variety of fun activities, including a steel drum workshop, making carnival masks, putting together/eating fruit kebabs and participating in some lovely themed art activities. Fun was had by all!!
