LVSPA Summer Fete and Circus

On Sunday 19th September the Lightwater community came out in force to attend a circus and fete, which was held on our school grounds. The event was organised by members of our Parents Association who had worked tirelessly for many weeks around their existing family and work commitments to make the day possible - they are all amazing! Despite a rain downpour at the beginning of the afternoon, we still had a steady stream of visitors throughout the day and saw lots of happy, smiling faces.

We know that it has been a very difficult 18 months for many, so it was lovely to see the community coming together and enjoying themselves. Even better, the funds that have been raised from this event ( a staggering £6400!!) will go directly towards enriching the lives of the little people attending our school. Thank you to each and every one of you for supporting our school.
