After School Care Club - In2Care
From September 2025, the Wraparound After School Club will no longer be available to Nursery children. This decision has been made due to the very low numbers of Nursery children accessing the service, making it financially unviable for In2care to continue running it.
We understand that this change may cause inconvenience for some families, and we apologise for any disruption this may cause.
If you have any concerns or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Our after school provision is run by In2care. Childen attending enjoy choosing from lots of fun activities, such as reading books, puzzles, board games, drawing, listening to music or audio books, along with outdoor play activities with their Specialist Sports Coach. A snack will be provided.
Pricing of the club is as follows:
Early Half Session from 15:00 - 16:30 - £11.00
Full Session from 15:00 - 18:00 - £15.60
Late Half Session from 16:00 - 18:00 - £12.25

At the end of the school day, Children from our Infant School are registered with the In2care team in the school hall. Pupils from our Junior School, will be collected by someone from In2Care and escorted across to the Lightwater Village Infant School for registration - then the fun begins!
At the end of the care club, at 4.30pm or 6pm when you collect, we ask that you call the care club number to let staff know you have arrived. This number will be on the school gate. A member of the team will help your child collect their belongings and walk them to the gate by the boiler room to handover to you.
In2Care offers a snack menu full of variety so they ask that your child does not come to the care club with a snack. Please ensure they are aware of any allergies, intolerances of preferences via email.
