What a day at the Lightwater Midsummer Fete!
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us on Saturday 21st June — it was a wonderful afternoon full of community spirit, laughter, and sunshine!
Organiser Chris shared: "Thank you so much for taking part in the Village Fete this year. The Maypole dancing was one of the highlights of the afternoon, thanks to all the hard work and practise by Mrs Cox and the children. Please could you also extend our thanks to the PTA as well, their stall seemed very popular and we hope they enjoyed the afternoon. Many thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again next year."
Hats off to Mrs Cox and the amazing young dancers for a magical Maypole performance! And a big round of applause to the PTA for running such a fun and bustling stall! We loved every minute — and we’re already counting down to next year!
