Farmyard Fun at Nursery!

This week, we had a very special visit from Miller’s Ark Farm, and what a fantastic time it was! The children were full of excitement as they met a wonderful variety of animals, including fluffy sheep, cheeky goats, and even a friendly donkey or two!

The visit was the perfect way to round off our 'Living World' topic, giving the children a chance to get up close with some of the animals we've been learning about. They had the opportunity to stroke and feed the animals, ask lots of thoughtful questions, and talk about what animals need to stay happy and healthy.

It was a lovely hands-on experience that sparked lots of smiles, giggles, and curious conversations. We’re so proud of how gently and respectfully the children interacted with the animals—true little farmers in the making!
